Delivery & Returns

At Nicola Bannister Fine Jewellery Atelier, all jewellery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring secure delivery before 1 PM the next day. If you order on a Friday, your package will arrive on the following Monday. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where you will be available to receive your jewellery.

You may also collect your jewellery directly from our atelier by arranging a suitable time in advance.

Upon inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method or issue a credit note if you prefer not to receive a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for items bought in store. If you wish to swap the item purchased, it must be unworn and packaging intact for it to be accepted.
You can then swap the piece for another that is the same price or ask for a credit note to put towards something in the future.

If you receive a piece of jewellery from bought in the atelier or bought on line but wish to exchange it for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The item you wish to swap must be unworn and in its original condition, with no signs of damage.
Any postage costs must be covered.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a repair or replacement.
