I can not accept any returns or give refunds to any items that have been damaged by yourself or the recipient of the jewellery. If there is a fault with the item please get in touch so that a solution can be found and the item rectified. I will do my upmost to fix it for you.
If you are unhappy with or simply do not want an item, it may be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, I can only accept returns with full, original packaging that is unmarked or damaged in any way. Postage has to be covered by the sender with proof of postage needed for refunds.
