Delivery & Returns
After placing your order please expect 14 days to being notified of dispatch. Every piece is handmade and takes time. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Signed for service which insures the parcel if it were to get lost. If an item has been signed for and you have not received it I cannot issue a refund.

I can not accept any returns or give refunds to any items that have been damaged by yourself or the recipient of the jewellery. If there is a fault with the item please get in touch so that a solution can be found and the item rectified. I will do my upmost to fix it for you.
If you are unhappy with or simply do not want an item, it may be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, I can only accept returns with full, original packaging that is unmarked or undamaged in any way. Postage has to be covered by the sender with proof of postage needed for refunds.
