For jewellery returns and refunds, it's crucial to notify us of any faults in a piece within 14 days of receiving it. If you opt for an item exchange, a 14-day window is available for swaps, and customers are responsible for postage to and from Nicola Bannister Jewellery.

Please be aware that any piece from Nicola Bannister Jewellery found to be faulty within six months of purchase will undergo free repairs. However, charges may apply if damage is due to accidental neglect. In such instances, clear photographs should be provided to facilitate the assessment process.

It's important to understand that returns or refunds are not applicable to bespoke pieces, items crafted in workshops, or repair services. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
